STARTERS

Beef tartare
Raw, chopped beef tartare with pickled and baked tomatoes, mustard seed, a creamy wild garlic mayo, mizuna, Danish ”Havgus” cheese and butter toasted rye bread

Thai soup
Tiger prawn, lemongrass, lime, crispy Chinese radish, fresh cilanrtro and puffed shrimp crisps with sweet/sour powder

Chèvre chaud (v)
Salads of the season served with goat cheese gratin with honey and lemon thyme, roasted almonds, pears, butter roasted bread flakes and a red grape and mustard vinaigrette

Burrata from Italy +DKK 50
Creamy burrata with Italian pancetta, sweet and baked cherry tomatoes, mizuna, crispy bread, freshly ground pepper and olive oil

Puff pastry bowl filled with a delicious grilled chicken confit, al dente vegetables and a creamy chicken velouté with a touch of truffle, radishes and a herb salad

Butter-fried Cauliflower (V)
Fried cauliflower with cauliflower crudité, lemon and clarified butter with hazelnut and capers served with a cream of horseradish with a dill oil and herbs

Fish of the day
Fish of the day from Hanstholm, fried with browned butter, beurre blanc, roasted cabbage with “Havgus” cheese, hazelnuts, lovage oil and rosehips

Grilled free range pork
Glazed with spicy hoisin sauce, sautéed pak choy, roasted cashew nuts, carrot purée with red curry and sauce on browned butter, soy and ginger

The Aarhus burger
Grilled, juicy and dry aged beef patty, mature cheddar cheese, truffle ketchup, mayo, cucumber relish, mustard and crisp salad in a brioche bun. Served with crispy fries
