Beef tartare 
Egg yolk, cognac, shives, herb salad and crispy rye bread

Crab bisque
New cauliflowers, cauliflower cream,  blomkål, blomkålscreme, fennel and pickled sago
Add seared scallops + DKK 75 

Charcuterie 
Terrine and selection of sausage, with mayo and pickled on the side

White asparagus
Ram onions, lardo & cheese mayo

Foie gras terrine + DKK 75

Collar steak of free range pork 
Roasted cabbage, sauce with largo, apple juice, citrus and pickled mustard seeds

‘Poussin a la chicken danoise’ 
Confit of leg, pickled rhubarb and onions, gravy

Halibut roasted on bread + DKK 75
Mussel sauce, dill and grill onion

Onion tarte tatin (v)
Light sauce with tarragon and herb salad
Add fish + DKK 75
