STARTERS:

TATARE + DKK 25
Steak tartare stirred with lemon and olive oil
Served with union mayo, raw mushrooms, mushroom powder and pickled lingonberries

FRENCH ONION SOUP
Served with cheese croutons of Gruyere cheese and chive oil

HOT DOG
Fried Nuremberg sausage in warm brioche. Topped with ‘Bornholm’ mayo, plum ketchup, fried onions and spring onions

BLINIS + DKK 50
Served with creme fraiche, finely chopped red unions and lumpfish roe

SALMON TARTARE
Fresh salmon tartare marinated in an Asian dressing, fresh Chinese radish, yuzu mayo, roasted sesame and shizo cress

 

MAIN COURSES:

DANISH ROTISSERIE CHICKEN
Danish chicken served with pickled cucumbers and Romaine lettuce in a creamy parmesan dressing

POACHED HAKE + DKK 50
Butter poached hake with fried leek and a barmy truffle sauce made with mussels and butter
Served with cauliflower puree and cauliflower crudité

RIB EYE + DKK 150
300 gram rib eye served with French fries and bearnaise sauce

FLANK OF VEAL + DKK 75
Served with small carrots, carrot puree, caramelized garlic sauce and lemon balm

RED CURRY
Our red curry with red chili, ginger, fresh cilantro, coconut milk, carrots, broccoli, spring unions and chicken
(can also be served vegetarian)

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER (v)
Roasted cauliflower served with caramelized cauliflower puree, salted yoghurt, aromatic browned butter and dukkah

Served with thick, crispy French fries
