Christmas lunch with Madklubben Derhjemme
No Christmas lunch without herring, duck and risalamande. We love Christmas – and especially the classic Christmas dishes. Therefore, our chefs at Madklubben Derhjemme Catering have put together a delicious traditional Christmas lunch that you can serve to your guests.
The menu offers both cold and hot dishes with a lot of hot Christmas spices – and for dessert there is of course risalamande served with hot cherry sauce. However, you must take care of the good company and the almond gift yourself.
Everything is served on beautiful dishes and bowls ready to serve to your guests. Price per person DKK 255. Children half price.

Sourdough bread and rye bread with whipped butter
Rillette of hot smoked salmon stirred with apples, dill, sour cream, mustard and capers
Chicken salad stirred with truffle mayo, pickled mushrooms and herbal salad
Medister with thyme, shallots, fried apples and coarse mustard
Confit duck leg with red cabbage turned with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar
Fried potatoes with rosemary and smoked salt
Christmas sauce with apple cider vinegar
Winter cabbage salad with cranberries, walnuts, pear and honey vinaigrette
Risalamande with roasted almonds, vanilla and cherry sauce
