In the old station building, we have transformed the historic waiting rooms into a centrally located restaurant in Frederiksberg. The bistro vibe is unmistakable – and the menu clearly reflects that. We also dare to say that the menu offers something for every taste.

The old rooms boast high ceilings, and the music radiates Frederiksberg elegance. The interior is inspired by the classic upscale apartment, with light walls, charming decorative details, and Wegner’s iconic Y-chairs. The restaurant seats 110 guests indoors, with room for just as many outside when the weather allows.

The former waiting room can be closed off from the rest of the restaurant, making it an ideal space for private events such as confirmations, christenings, Christmas parties, and much more.

Seafood Platter All Summer

This summer, we’re serving a generous seafood platter for 425 DKK per person – perfect for two to share.

The platter features a carefully selected variety of fresh seafood:

Oysters (Ostra Regal) from France
Rosé shrimp from Viñuela
Crab claws from the Kattegat
Beautiful Crayfish
Blue mussels from the Limfjord

Served with three delicious dips: lemon mayo, aioli, and a tarragon mignonette.

Please note: the platter must be pre-ordered at least two days in advance, and is available daily from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

At Madklubben Frederiksberg, we serve today's lunch every day of the week, offering dishes inspired by French and European home cooking.

Look forward to flavorful dishes like Moules Frites with aioli and crispy pork with parsley sauce, potatoes & homemade pickled beets.

The dishes change daily, but one thing is certain – you won’t leave hungry!

Madklubben at Vesterbro now offers catering in Copenhagen either for gathering at home, workplace, or event. It is the same delicious quality as when you dine at the restaurant.

We offer a 3-course menu inspired by the food we serve at the restaurant on Vesterbrogade.

At Madklubben Frederiksberg we welcome all children. Therefore vi have a toilet with a changing table and high chairs available.

We take allergens and special dietary requirements into consideration. The restaurant needs to be informed at least 7 days in advance. If your party wishes to have halal meat, it needs to be pre-ordered at least 3 days in advance.

Big groups and conditions

At Madklubben Frederiksberg, a group reservation is considered for parties of 10 or more people. As a group, you need to pre-order the same menu for the entire party.

From Sunday to Wednesday, we are flexible regarding the arrival time.

On Thursdays to Saturdays, our restaurant is particularly busy. You can choose to arrive at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM, and your reservation will be held for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can choose to arrive at 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM, and your reservation will be held until the restaurant closes.

If you wish to enjoy the evening without a strict time limit, you can reserve a full-evening arrangement with a flexible arrival time:

Sunday to Wednesday: 700 DKK per person
Thursday to Saturday: 1000 DKK per person

In November and December, the prices are as follows:
Sunday to Wednesday: 1000 DKK per person
Thursday to Saturday: 1200 DKK per person.
