Naturally, we are flexible regarding guests with allergies or other dietary concerns

SMOKED SALMON FROM FAROE ISLANDS
Elderflower vinaigrette, green sauce with herbs and sour cream,
herb oil, butter roasted sour dough bread, radishes and watercress

BEEF CUVETTE ROAST
300 g, braised, Uruguay, grass fed, you carve it at the table
incl. salad, golden fries with sea salt & red wine sauce

KUNG FU SUNDAE
Lemon sorbet, licorice ice cream sorbet, licorice syrup, crystalized
white chocolate and lemon balm

Starters

SMOKED SALMON FROM FAROE ISLANDS + DKK 25
Elderflower vinaigrette, green sauce with herbs and sour cream,
herb oil, butter roasted sour dough bread, radishes and watercress

GRILLED YELLOWFIN TUNA
Hoisin sauce, avocado cream, Asian vinaigrette, grapefruit,
puffed rice chips and fresh cilantro

FRESH LUMPFISH ROE + DKK 50
Fresh lumpfish roe, smoked cream cheese, chives, red onion and cress
served with grilled naan bread

FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Crispy and fried ‘Hopballe Mølle’ chicken wings served with
wild garlic mayo

STEAK TARTARE
Coarsely minced beef stirred with tarragon, mustard and herb mayo with
pickled radishes, crispy rye bread and fresh horseradish

GREEN SALAD
Crispy salads with buttermilk vinaigrette and dill oil served with green
tomatoes, salted almonds and croutons

CHEESE BURGER
Soft brioche bun, Danish dry aged beef, cheddar, onion rings, salad
and spicy burger dressing. 
Served with crispy, golden fries

Fish grilled on the bone with burned lemon, fried capers and browned butter
