Mussel soup
With salted cod, pickled gooseberries, dill and chamomile

300g Veal Rib eye
Pickled mushrooms, ‘Vesterhav’ cheese and browned cauliflower cream
Served with salad with cream and dill & smashed potatoes with butter and garden cress

Risalamande
Traditional Danish rice pudding, roasted almonds and cherry sauce

Served with mustard-vinegar sauce, hazelnuts and kohlrabi

With cottage cheese, horseradish, cherry vinegar, honey and walnut oil

Duck breast
Served with butter roasted figs, roasted kale, baked apple cream and tonka nut sauce

Pork roast
Red cabbage, balsamico, mustard, sauce with Christmas spices and crispy pork lard
