For groups of 16+ persons you must choose the same menu for all the guests

Naturally, we are flexible regarding guests with allergies or other dietary concerns

THE DELUXE MENU | 350 per person 

Fish soup 
Ponzu, apples, kohlrabi and kaffir lime 
Addition: terrine of lightly rimmed scallop + DKK 75 

250g Veal rib eye  
Salsify, parsley butter and sauce with Havgus cheese 
Served with crushed potatoes with butter and cress 

Waffle 
Pistachios and salted nuts

Osso Buco 
Julienne of greens, pickled cranberries and salted walnuts 
Served with crushed potatoes with butter and cress

Blackcurrant ganache, blackcurrant sorbet, walnuts and balsamic vinegar

Beetroot tartare (V) 
Cardamom, olive oil, yeast emulsion and beetroot meringue (Vegan) 

Roasted carrots (V) 
Carrot barigoules, pickled carrots and white beans (Vegan) 

Chocolate mousse (V) 
Peanuts, crystallized dark chocolate and caramel (Vegan version available)
