Mussel soup
With salted cod, pickled gooseberries, dill and chamomile

300g Veal Rib eye
Pickled mushrooms, ‘Vesterhav’ cheese and browned cauliflower cream
Served with salad with cream and dill & smashed potatoes with butter and garden cress

Risalamande
Traditional Danish rice pudding, roasted almonds and cherry sauce

With soft onions, browned butter, pickled beats and wild garlic capers

With cottage cheese, horseradish, cherry vinegar, honey and walnut oil

Grilled cauliflower
Cauliflower cream, hazelnuts, soy and lime sauce and browned butter + salad with cream and dill
