Steak Tartare DKK 75
Minced raw beef mixed with mustard, egg yolk, tomato, parsley and tarragon. Served with tarragon mayo, caper berries, pickled mustard seeds, shallots and water cress

Tuna Tataki DKK 95
Seared tuna in sesame, served with a chuncky mango salsa, wasabi mayo and cilantro

Smoked salmon DKK 95
Smoked Faroese salmon served with horseradish creme, ryebread crumble, celery, radish crudité and watercress

Spring Roll (V) DKK 75
Crispy breaded spring roll with carrots, cabbage, oyster mushrooms, spring onions and rice noodles. Served with wasabi mayo and a green salad with chinese radish

Main Courses

Boeuf DKK 250
Grilled beef cuvette (grilled medium-rare) – carved by you. Served with red wine sauce, warm crispy fries and a green salad

Steak au Frites DKK 300
300g pan-fried rib eye from South American beef cattle. Served with sauce bearnaise, warm crispy fries and a green salad

Steak Tartare 200 kr.

Dry aged beef patty with gruyère, burger dressing, onions, tomato, pickles in a toasted brioche bun. Served with warm crispy fries and a green salad on the side
