Starters

Steak Tartare 75 kr.
Chopped raw beef mixed with mustard, egg yolk, tomato, parsley and tarragon. 
Served with onion mayo, crispy potato and herbs

Mushrooms á La Crème 95 kr. 
Grilled sourdough bread served with mushrooms 
à la crème, thyme, pickled onions and crispy Jerusalem artichoke

Seared Tuna 95 kr.
Soy marinated seared tuna served with avocado, roasted sesame, cilantro and grilled lime

Grilled beef cuvette (grilled medium-rare) – carved by you at the table.
Served with red wine sauce, warm crispy fries and a green salad

300 grams of pan fried ribeye from South American beef cattle.
Served with sauce Béarnaise, warm crispy fries and a green salad with vinaigrette
