For groups of 16+ persons you must choose the same menu for all the guests

Naturally, we are flexible regarding guests with allergies or other dietary concerns

Sustainable salmon from the Faroe Islands, smoked cheeseapple, roe and crispy bread 

ROASTED BEEF CUVETTE 
South American beef cuvette, crispy golden fries, crispy salad and red wine sauce 
You cut the meat yourself at the table 

RASPBERRY SUNDAE 
Vanilla ice cream, raspberry sorbet, compote, meringue and crumble

Our wine menus can be added to our menu packages as well as a menu you compose yourself. Wine menu should be chosen by the entire group and be the same.
