Marinated salmon
Sustainable salmon from Faroe Islands, marinated with lemon oil and served with salted lemon mayo,
radishes, frisée lettuce, horseradish and Danish cream with herb oil
 

BEEF CUVETTE ROAST
300 g, braised, Uruguayan, you carve it at the table
served with salad, fries & red wine sauce

Buttermilk sundae
Daish buttermilk soup with vanilla ice cream, lemon sorbet, soft lemon meringue and crushed biscuits

Beef Tartare
Tartare from minced beef stirred with pickled mustard grains, mushroom mayo,
beets, black currants and crispy rye bread

Creamy Mushroom Soup
Soup on roasted forest mushrooms, pickled lingonberries and crispy bread with
Arla Unika “Havgus” cheese

Salted Salmon + DKK 25
Sustainable salmon from the Faroe Islands with fennel seeds, salted lemon mayo,
crispy daikon and soured Danish cream with horse radish

Main courses

Indian Butter Chicken
Seasoned casserole with tender Danish chicken, marsala, yogurt, ginger and cilantro. Served with steamed rice and grilled flat bread

Grilled Fish of the Day
Catch of the day from Hanstholm with browned butter and hazelnuts, grilled cabbage, “Havgus”, pickled rose hip and creamy mussel sauce

Braised Danish Pork
Tender pork jowl with roasted Jerusalem Artichoke, lacinato kale, lingonberries, raw apple and sauce on mushrooms and apple juice

Creamy Pearl Barley (V)
With mascarpone and aged parmesan. Sautéed lacinato kale, mushrooms, pickled apples and fresh herbs

The Aarhus Burger
Grilled and juicy dry aged beef patty with cheddar, lightly smoked chipotle mayo, caramelized onions, pickled gherkins and crispy salad in a soft brioche bun, served with crispy fries
