For groups of 16+ persons you must choose the same menu for all the guests

Naturally, we are flexible regarding guests with allergies or other dietary concerns

SMOKED SALMON
Sustainable salmon from the Faroe Islands, wasabi mayo, crispy salads, kohlrabi, puffed rice chips and sesame vinaigrette with ginger and soy

ROASTED BEEF CUVETTE 
South American beef cuvette, crispy golden fries, salad and red wine sauce 
You cut the meat yourself at the table 

SUNDAE A LA SOLERO
Italian vanilla ice cream, passion sorbet, mango curd, crumble and burnt meringue

STEAK TATARE 
Danish beef tartare with crispy potato, tarragon, green tomatoes and “Gammelknas” cheese

GAZPACHO (VG) 
Ice cold soup on sun-ripened tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, olive oil, lemon, crispy sourdough (vegan)

Dhal on red lentils with tomatoes, coconut raita, cilantro, sweet chilli, fresh peas, pickled shallots and flatbread (vegan)

DANISH SUMMER CHICKEN
Boneless chicken legs, fried little gem lettuce, summer onions, gooseberry compote, lemon thyme, wild garlic oil and creamy chicken gravy
