BEEF CUVETTE ROAST
300 g, braised, Uruguayan, you carve it at the table
served with salad, fries & red wine sauce

Mixed with lightly whipped Danish cream and lots of vanilla with warm cherry sauce and cherry dust

BEEF TARTARE
Minced beef tartare, creamy tarragon mayo, pickled cucumbers, mustard shoots and potato chips

VIETNAMESE PHO SOUP
Soup with chicken and spices, rice noodles, bean sprouts, spring onions, chili and Vietnamese herbs.

Crispy radicchio, baked and raw marinated beets with black currant vinaigrette, grilled goat cheese,

Grilled duck thigh confit with potato crème, grilled kale, salted almonds, pickled lingon berries and brown sauce

PEARL BARLEY AND PUMPKIN (V)
Creamy pearl barley with baked Hokkaido, kale, aged parmesan and pickled carrots
Can also be vegan, served with coconut milk

FISH OF THE DAY
Directly from Hanstholm, fried in browned butter with spinach, hazelnuts, crispy beets and dill

THE AARHUS BURGER
Grilled and juicy dry aged beef patty, matured cheddar, béarnaise mayo, onions, crisp salad, tomato and pickled red onions in a soft brioche bun. Served with crispy fries
