300 g, braised, Uruguayan beef cuvette roast served with salad, fries and red wine sauce

Tartare from minced beef stirred with pickled mustard grains, mushroom mayo,

INDIAN BUTTER CHICKEN
Seasoned casserole with tender Danish chicken, marsala, yogurt, ginger and cilantro.
Served with grilled flat bread

GRILLED FISH OF THE DAY
Catch of the day from Hanstholm with browned butter and hazelnuts, grilled cabbage, “Havgus”,
pickled rose hip and creamy mussel sauce

BRAISED DANISH PORK
Tender pork jowl with roasted Jerusalem Artichoke, lacinato kale, lingonberries, raw apple and sauce on
mushrooms and apple juice

CREAMY PEARL BARLEY (V)
With mascarpone and aged parmesan. Sautéed lacinato kale, mushrooms, pickled apples and fresh herbs
