Boneless chicken legs, fried little gem lettuce, summer onions, gooseberry compote, lemon thyme, wild garlic oil and creamy chicken gravy

FISH OF THE DAY
Grilled carrots, summer spinach, parsley puree, pickled rose hips and creamy beurre blanc with clams and citrus
