Starter

OUR HOT DOG
Grilled Nümberg sausage in warm brioche topped with pickled cucumber, 
mustard seeds, fried onions and thyme

ASIAN SALAD
Tempura fried shrimp served with noodles, cilantro, carrots, cucumber, 
fish sauce, lime and peanuts

 CARPACCIO + DKK 25
Thinly sliced beef with pickled onions, cream cheese, roasted hazelnuts and fall herbs 

SEARED SCALLOPS + DKK 50
Marinated scallops served with cucumber, dill, chickweed and sauce 
with horseradish and buttermilk

MUSHROOM CORNOTTO (v)
Creamy pearl barley like risotto with lots of parmesan, mushrooms, shallots, 
roasted almonds and North Sea cheese 

CHICKEN CONFIT
Roasted boneless chicken thigh served with sautéed corn, thyme, 
roasted hazelnuts and tarragon sauce 

BAKED COD & PUMPKIN + DKK 75
Served with pumpkin crudité, pumpkin puree, crispy seeds and browned butter with chili, soy and ginger

350g STEAK AU FRITES + DKK 150
Roasted rib eye with green salad, garlic confit, fries and béarnaise 

LAMB LOIN
Grilled lamb loin au jus with raita, mint, burned onions, glazed parsley
