At Hanzō you are jumping on a Pan-Asian food trip. We are crossing borders between Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, Cambodia and Indonesia without hesitation. You will experience a menu that is characterized by several tastes you will find in and between these cuisines.

Hanzō Frederiksberg is located at the corner of Sprogøvej and Nylandsvej. It's a small and cozy restaurant with a true Hanzō vibe characterized by the raw decor and modern furniture. Thanks to our large windows it is a very light restaurant, with lots of sunlight most of the day.

To create the most authentic Asian experience, most of the dishes are served for sharing - and will be served in a flow.

Chinese new year

The time for Chinese New Year is almost here, and we are stepping into the Year of the Snake! We would like to celebrate this at Hanzō. On January 31st, we will decorate the restaurant in red and gold and have created a festive New Year’s menu.

Do you need a location for your next event? No matter if you are 10 or 100 people, don't hesitate to reach out. We are very flexible and will happily do whatever we can to make your night as perfect as possible.

Hanzō as catering?

In Copenhagen, our Hanzō at Østerbro now offer catering for your gathering at home, at the workplace, or for an event. It's the same delicious quality as when you dine at the restaurant.

We offer delicious menus, all inspired by the Asian cuisine. It's easy to taste, experience, and feel the flavors.

We take allergens and special dietary requirements into consideration. The restaurant needs to be informed at least 7 days in advance.

Groups and conditions

At Hanzō Frederiksberg, you are considered a group when you are 9 people or more. As a group, you will need to pre-order the same menu for the entire party.

From Sunday to Wednesday, we are flexible with arrival times.

Thursday to Saturday, the restaurant is particularly busy. You can choose to arrive at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM - your reservation is for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

You can also choose to arrive at 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM - your reservation is until the restaurant closes.

If you wish to enjoy the evening without a strict time limit, you can reserve a full evening event with a flexible arrival time:

Sunday-Wednesday 700 DKK per person
Thursday-Saturday 1000 DKK per person

In November and December, the rates are:

Thursday-Saturday 1200 DKK per person
