Meeting rooms
Madklubben has many restaurants across the country. Some of the restaurants have smaller function rooms that are particularly well-suited for hosting meetings. It's a comprehensive solution where we take care of the venue and catering. The concept is aimed at those who want to move the office for a single day or need space for a larger meeting.
Furthermore, Madklubben Catering offers customized corporate catering solutions for businesses in Copenhagen and on Zealand. This makes it easy for your company to host meetings, conferences, receptions, and lunches in-house – we can help turn a business meeting into an experience.
Meeting types
Below, you can see examples of the types of meetings you can host at our locations. There is always the option to tailor each meeting to fit your needs. Not all restaurants offer all solutions, but we are always helpful in finding a solution that satisfies you.
Locations
Read through our various locations below. We have restaurants located throughout the country, but not all of them have specific meeting rooms suitable for that purpose. However, we are flexible and happy to assist with a solution that both you and we can be satisfied with at one of our other locations if you prefer.
Copenhagen
Bistro Royal
At Bistro Royal, we have several meeting rooms for you to choose from. The restaurant is located in the heart of Copenhagen at Kongens Nytorv. As you step into Bistro Royal, you immediately sense the stately ambiance that the restaurant exudes.
We offer two different meeting rooms:
- LE PETIT ROYAL
Capacity: 5-8 people - LE CHAMBRE ROYAL
Capacity: 20-30 people
It is also possible to book both rooms together as they are located adjacent to each other on the first floor. This combined space can accommodate 38 people.
Both rooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment and a TV screen, making it easy for you to conduct meetings at the restaurant.
Madklubben Østerbro
Madklubben Østerbro is located in the middle of Østerbrogade, just behind Østerbro Stadion. The restaurant is an oasis with floor-length windows and an orangery atmosphere.
We have one meeting room available:
- GULDSALEN
Capacity: 40-80 people
The restaurant also features a large semi-private area with space for up to 110 people, which can be used for larger workshops.
Guldsalen has high ceilings and large windows— the space even has natural overhead lighting. The doors can be closed for complete privacy.
Aarhus
Lupo Aarhus
At Lupo, we have a larger space if you need to host a big meeting. The restaurant is centrally located in Aarhus, surrounded by beautiful surroundings. The restaurant serves food inspired by classical Italy, and the service is, of course, in the Italian spirit.
We have one meeting room available:
- MAGRETHESALEN
Capacity: 35-47 people
The room is equipped with AV equipment. This way, it will be easy for you to conduct a meeting at the restaurant. Magrethesalen has its entrance and toilets, allowing you to hold meetings in entirely private surroundings.
Odense
Madklubben Odense
In the center of Odense, right on Jernbanegade, you'll find Madklubben Odense. The restaurant exudes coziness and is decorated with respect for Nordic design.
We have one meeting room available:
- PRIVATLOKALE
Capacity: 35-50 people
The room is especially well-suited for larger meetings where many people need to gather. If, however, you are fewer in number, you can always reach out to us, and we will try to find a solution.
The private room is equipped with AV equipment and TV screens. The room has its private entrance and a private toilet – this way, you can have privacy throughout the entire meeting.
Esbjerg
Madklubben Esbjerg
On Skolegade in Esbjerg, you'll find Madklubben's restaurant. Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere is set with a simple and minimalist design.
We have one meeting room available:
- 1ST FLOOR
Capacity: 35-50 people
The room is located on the first floor—actually, right above our cocktail bar, entrance, which is next to Madklubben Esbjerg.
The room is separated from the rest of the restaurant, allowing you to sit in private surroundings. You are surrounded by beautiful natural light from the building's skylights. The room is equipped with AV equipment.

Catering
Madklubben Catering offers a solution for those who wish to host the meeting at their own office but still desire catering with great taste and quality.
