The job
As a Restaurant Manager at Madklubben, most of your work will take place on the floor, where you will act as a role model to ensure perfect service alongside your team, for whom you are primarily responsible for training and development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager and the Assistant Restaurant Manager on tasks such as scheduling, employee reviews, meetings, ordering supplies, developing the drink menu, creating target sheets, and other ad hoc tasks related to the daily operations of the restaurant.
In addition to your direct Area Manager, you will be part of a company with substantial administrative support from our head office, including finance, sales, procurement, and HR departments, which will assist you with administrative tasks.
