Here, we serve eclectic Asian dishes from across the continent. The experience is wrapped in a vibrant atmosphere where food, drink, light, sound, scents, and colors merge into a sensory delight. At Hanzō, the ceiling is high both literally and figuratively.

We aim to create the most exciting restaurant in the city, where the high energy thrives every day of the week, and the team works together to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager who is dedicated to ensuring that every guest leaves Hanzō inspired to return. About you

  • You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
  • You may have previously held a leadership role in the industry or are eager to take the next step in your career.  
  • You thrive in a young, fast-paced environment.  
  • You are passionate about developing and training your team members.  
  • You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance with KPIs.  
  • You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.  
  • You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.  
  • You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.  
    If you have an interest in wine, that's a plus.

You will be responsible for leading the restaurant in the evenings, ensuring that it runs smoothly, your team remains highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales ready to support you in your new role. You will also have the guidance of your restaurant manager, to whom you will report daily.
