RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are looking for a skilled leader to join the team at Hanzō.
Hanzō Aarhus is located in a prime spot on M. P. Bruuns Gade, where former bank premises have been transformed into one of Aarhus's most beautiful restaurants. Here, you embark on a culinary journey across Asia, seamlessly crossing borders from Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, Cambodia, and Indonesia to deliver an exceptional dining experience rich in the remarkable flavors of Asian cuisine.
The concept is to serve food sharing-style, allowing guests to explore the menu and taste a variety of dishes. Everything is wrapped in a setting where food, drink, light, sound, scents, and colors merge into a complete sensory experience.
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with leadership experience and a natural flair for service and guests. You are responsible, motivating, and able to work independently. Join our leadership team and help create an outstanding guest experience and a fantastic workplace.

- You have a natural approach to creating guest experiences.
- You are driven by achieving results and are measured on staff satisfaction, guest experience, and the restaurant's financial performance.
