Hanzō is coming to Esbjerg. Here, the boundaries between Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, Cambodia, and Indonesia blend seamlessly, offering a culinary experience that captures the incredible flavors of Asian cuisines.

Everything is wrapped in an atmospheric setting where food, drinks, lighting, sound, scents, and colors come together in a sensory experience. At Hanzō, we are particularly known for our shared dining concept, which combines street food with gourmet cuisine.

About you

  • You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and are committed to ensuring that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.

     

  • You are accustomed to and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high volume and are ready to adapt as needed.

     

  • There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it's crucial that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize correctly—both during the day and especially during service.

     

  • You are available to work on weekends and evenings, as this is when we are busiest.
