As a Head Chef at Hanzō, we expect you to treat the restaurant as if it were your own. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you take independent responsibility to ensure the highest quality. Your role will include refining the menu, developing business processes, and mentoring staff to achieve our goals. A keen focus on immediate results is crucial.

Who are you?

You should be a trained chef with a deep understanding of your craft, a passion for responsibility, and an awareness that you are a key person in the business. We expect you to have several years of leadership experience in the industry, as you will be managing a large restaurant and a sizable team alongside the restaurant manager and operations manager. It is your responsibility to build and maintain a team of supervisors and staff, keeping them highly motivated, as you know that without your team, nothing works. The team is international, so you need to be able to speak and understand both Danish and English.

In addition to managing the kitchen, you will also need to oversee our inventory and costs. Therefore, we expect you to be adept in kitchen economics. You should also be experienced in creating detailed work schedules and using a scheduling system effectively.
