Hanzō is Madklubben's Asian restaurant chain, known for its relaxed and intimate atmosphere and vibrant surroundings. We serve straightforward Asian dishes from across the continent. About you
You don't need extensive experience to work as a kitchen assistant with us, but you should have a strong interest in the kitchen and a passion for ensuring that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
You are accustomed to and enjoy a busy environment and high volume, and you are ready to adapt when needed.
There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it's important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize effectively—both during the day and especially during service.
You are comfortable with working evenings and weekends.
