About you
You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
You may have previous experience as a leader in the industry or be eager to take the next step in your career.
You thrive in a dynamic, youthful environment.
You are passionate about developing and training your staff.
You are competitive and motivated by performance metrics (KPIs).
You are skilled at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
If you have an interest in wine, that’s a plus.

You will have the leadership responsibility in the evenings to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, your staff remains highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales ready to support you in your new role. Additionally, your restaurant manager, whom you will report to daily, will provide guidance. You will also join an already fantastic team at the restaurant, excited to welcome their new colleague.
