We serve unpretentious Asian dishes from across the continent, with a special focus on shared dining that blends street food with gourmet experiences. About you
The team is international, so you should be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. In addition, we expect the following:
- You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
- You may have previous experience as a leader in the industry or are eager to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in a young, fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about developing and training your team.
- You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance through KPIs.
- You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
- You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
- You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
- An interest in wine is a plus.

As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant during evening shifts, ensuring that it runs smoothly, your team remains highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. You will have the support of specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales, all of whom are ready to assist you in your new role. Your direct report will be the restaurant manager, who will guide you in your daily responsibilities.
