FLOOR MANAGER

Our concept features sharing-style dishes, allowing guests to sample a variety of menu items. The ambiance is crafted to combine food, drink, lighting, sound, scent, and color into a cohesive sensory experience.

About you
The team is international, so you need to be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. In addition, we expect the following:
- You have a flair for leadership and a strong passion for service and guests.
- You may have previous experience as a leader in the industry or a desire to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in a dynamic, youthful environment.
- You are eager to develop and train your team.
- You are competitive and motivated by performance metrics and KPIs.
- You are skilled at following procedures and standards while also thinking outside the box.
- You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
- You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
- An interest in wine is a plus.

You will be responsible for leading the team in the evenings, ensuring that the restaurant operates at peak performance, your staff remains highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales who are all ready to support you in your new role. You will also have the guidance of your Restaurant Manager, to whom you will report daily.
