La Bodega is the name of a restaurant clearly inspired by the lively Southern European eateries you find in cities like Barcelona and Madrid. La Bodega is a place where Southern European warmth, simple yet delicious dishes, and fine wines take center stage. There's always charcuterie on the board to accompany the small but sharp menu. The menu includes dishes like beef cheeks with mashed potatoes, langoustine with browned butter, and, of course, classics like pluma, sobrassada, croquetas, and more. It's the kind of place where there's always room for one more guest—no matter how packed it is. You'll find a spot at the dining bar or outside in the evening sun with a few snacks in one hand and a glass of red wine in the other. Starting in mid-April, the restaurant also opens for lunch, which can be enjoyed in the sun at Vesterbro Torv.
About you
- You don’t need extensive experience to work as a kitchen assistant with us, but you should have a strong interest in the kitchen and a passion for ensuring guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
- You are accustomed to and enjoy a busy environment with high volume and are ready to adapt when necessary.
- There are many tasks to manage throughout the day, so it is important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize correctly—both during the day and especially during service.
- You are comfortable working evenings and weekends.
