About You

You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.  

You may have previously been a manager in the industry or are eager to take the next step in your career.  

You thrive in a fast-paced, youthful environment.  

You are passionate about developing and training your staff.  

You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance through KPIs.  

You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.  

You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.  

You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.  

An interest in wine is a plus.
