At Hanzo, we invite you into an Asian food universe with colorful drinks. At Lupo, you can enjoy a romantic evening with Italian favorites. At Frankies, you can start the evening with pizza and cocktails. At Clementine, you can enjoy simplified interpretations of well-known classics.

At Bermuda, we offer our take on social dining. At Food Club, we've set out to rethink the buffet concept and give it a renaissance. At Grill Åboulevarden, we serve modern classics in a raw interior, and at Madklubben Aarhus, we serve delicious classics in historical surroundings.

The Job

  • Your daily routine will take place in the restaurant, and most of your time will be spent with your team and guests on the floor.

  • Along with the Restaurant Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the daily management of the restaurant, and your greatest asset is your staff.

  • You are the Restaurant Manager’s right-hand person and must work closely with them to ensure everything operates smoothly.

  • The job includes, but is not limited to, building and maintaining a team of middle managers and staff.

  • Your primary task is to keep them highly motivated because you know that without your employees, nothing functions properly.

  • Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the staffing in the restaurant is always just right during your shifts, including adhering to your budgeted labor costs and general financial management.

  • There may also be secondary responsibilities such as managing the beverage stock, ordering supplies, creating menu, wine, and cocktail lists, optimizing the restaurant, and ensuring service and cleanliness, among others.

  • You should be comfortable with evening and weekend work.

  • An engaged leader who is passionate about service and management and loves interacting with guests. You should find it exciting when the restaurant is packed on a Friday night, but you must be just as committed on a Tuesday evening when it’s quieter.
  • You love to develop both leadership talents and staff, and you enjoy being part of a young, dynamic team.
  • You have experience in management from the industry.
  • You are good at planning service and equally skilled at delegating and leading service in a motivating and constructive manner.
  • You have a positive attitude and always see challenges rather than problems. You enjoy the fast pace of the job but also like to delve into thorough planning of the restaurant's operations and optimization.
  • You are financially responsible and take the lead in ensuring profitable operations of the restaurant.
  • You are used to working with KPIs and love to make today better than yesterday.
