At Hanzo, we invite you into an Asian food universe with colorful drinks. At Lupo, you can enjoy a romantic evening with Italian favorites. At Frankies, you can start the evening with pizza and cocktails. At Clementine, you can enjoy simplified interpretations of well-known classics.
At Bermuda, we offer our take on social dining. At Food Club, we've set out to rethink the buffet concept and give it a renaissance. At Grill Åboulevarden, we serve modern classics in a raw interior, and at Madklubben Aarhus, we serve delicious classics in historical surroundings.
About you
The team is international, so you must be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. In addition, we expect the following:
- You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
- You may have been a leader previously in the industry or are eager to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in a young, fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about developing and training your employees.
- You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance by KPIs.
- You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
- You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
- You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
- If you have an interest in wine, that’s a plus.

You will have management responsibility in the evenings to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, your employees are highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales who are all ready to assist and support you in your new role. You will also work closely with your restaurant manager, to whom you will report daily.
