Are you passionate about great service and love beer? Then become our new Beer Specialist at Madklubben Home of Carlsberg.
A restaurant in the Carlsberg district that combines Danish history with an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant is located above Jacobsen's House Brewery in a preserved and beautiful space, where you can see the copper kettles from the brewery, which are still in use today. The interior is furnished with Danish design classics and with great respect for the historic venue, which is steeped in brewing history you won't find anywhere else in Denmark. The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, as well as for larger events and special launches. At lunchtime, the focus is on classic lunch dishes and modern smørrebrød with a twist. In the evening, the menu features Madklubben's renowned world cuisine, which draws inspiration from everywhere and is not limited by any single direction. The drink menu, of course, features a wide selection of beers brewed specifically for Madklubben by Carlsberg's master brewer, Chris. The beer is brewed in the basement and pumped directly into the restaurant's taps.
About you:
You may have experience in a similar industry or have taken courses in cocktails, beer, or wine.
You have knowledge of beer or a desire to learn more about it.
You approach challenges with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are welcoming and presentable.
You work seamlessly in teams.
You are cheerful, outgoing, and eager to provide our guests with the best experience every time.
You demonstrate strong commitment and flexibility in your work.
You are over 18 years old.
You are available to work evenings and weekends.
