About you

• You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and are committed to ensuring guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.

   

• You are accustomed to and enjoy a busy environment with high volume and are ready to adapt as needed.

   

• With many tasks in play throughout the day, it's important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize correctly—both during the day and especially during service.

   

• You are available to work on weekends and evenings, as these are our busiest times.
