The job

  • Din hverdag vil foregå i restauranten, og størstedelen af din tid bruges sammen med dit team og gæsterne på gulvet.
  • Du har sammen med restaurantchefen det overordnede ansvar for den daglige ledelse i restauranten, og dit største aktiv er dine medarbejdere. Du er restaurantchefens højre hånd og skal i et tæt samarbejde med vedkommende få alt til at gå op i en højere enhed.
  • Jobbet indebærer blandt andet, men ikke udelukkende, at opbygge et team af mellemledere og medarbejdere, som din fornemmeste opgave er at holde top-motiverede, fordi du er helt klar over at uden dine medarbejdere, er der intet, der fungerer.
  • Ydermere er du ansvarlig for at bemandingen i restauranten altid sidder lige i skabet på dine aftener, herunder at overholde din budgetterede lønprocent og generel økonomistyring.
  • Derudover kan der være sekundære ansvarsområder som f.eks. drikkevarelager, varebestilling, udarbejdelse af menu-, vin-, og cocktailkort, optimering af restauranten, service, renlighed m.m.
  • Du skal trives med aften- og weekendarbejde.

  • An enthusiastic leader who is passionate about service and management and loves interacting with guests.
  • You should enjoy the buzz of a full restaurant on a Friday night but be just as engaged on a quieter Tuesday evening.
  • You love developing both leadership talents and staff and enjoy being part of a young, dynamic team.
  • You have leadership experience in the industry, are skilled at planning service, and can delegate and lead service in a motivating and constructive manner.
  • You have a positive attitude, view challenges as opportunities, and enjoy a fast-paced environment—yet you also appreciate in-depth planning and optimization of the restaurant's operations.
  • You are financially responsible and take the lead to ensure the restaurant operates profitably.
  • You are accustomed to working with KPIs and are driven to make each day better than the last.
