About you
You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and are committed to ensuring guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
You are accustomed to and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are ready to adapt as needed.
There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it's crucial that you can balance them, maintain oversight, and prioritize effectively—both during the day and especially during service.
You are available to work weekends and evenings, as this is when we are busiest.
