At Madklubben, our ultimate goal is to create great experiences for our guests – also for our employees. Therefore, we have implemented a safety policy, where our guests are informed at the time of table booking that they must respect all our staff.

The policy was introduced at the beginning of 2024 and has already had a positive impact on our employees in the restaurants. At Madklubben, we continue our efforts to ensure the best possible experience for both employees and guests.

Our safety policy

All guests agree to the following when booking a table at our restaurants:

To ensure that all guests and staff are met in a respectful environment at our restaurants, we have a safety policy.

This means that we do not tolerate any form of discrimination, racism, homophobia, harassment, or physical or psychological violence. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave our restaurants if we feel this policy is not being adhered to.
