Do you dream of cooking well-prepared meals for many guests? If so, the chef training program might be the right path for you. Begin your career as a chef by becoming a trainee at one of Madklubben's restaurants.
CHEF TRAINEE
Madklubben collaborates with a range of schools in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, and Kolding, where you can train as a gastronome or chef. The chef training program takes about four years, with a significant portion of your education occurring on the job at the restaurant. You will receive a salary during your trainee period and while attending the main school courses.

I have always found the chef profession interesting, but I was intimidated by the environment. However, during my time at Madklubben, I have seen how the chefs work and gained the courage to start as a trainee myself.
