At Hanzō Frederiksberg, you are taken on a tour of Asia. Here, the borders between Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, Cambodia, and Indonesia are crossed without hesitation, offering you a dining experience with the fantastic flavors from Asian cuisines.

The concept is that the food is served sharing style, allowing guests to explore the menu and taste a bit of everything. It is all wrapped in an environment where food, drink, light, sound, scents, and colors blend into a single sensory experience.

About You

The team is international, so you must be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. Additionally, we expect the following:

  • You have a knack for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
  • You may have been a leader in the industry before or are eager to take the next step in your career.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, youthful environment.
  • You are passionate about developing and training your employees.
  • You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance by KPIs.
  • You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
  • You take pride in ensuring excellent hospitality.
  • You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
  • An interest in wine is a plus.

You will have the management responsibility in the evenings to ensure the restaurant is running flawlessly, your employees are highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales, all ready to assist and support you in your new role. Your restaurant manager, to whom you will report daily, is also available to support you.
