RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled leader to help drive our new restaurant in Lyngby.

Hanzō is Madklubben's Asian restaurant chain, known for its relaxed and intimate atmosphere with vibrant surroundings. We serve eclectic Asian dishes from across the continent, with a particular focus on shared dining that blends street food and gourmet influences. Now, we are excited to announce our new location in Lyngby.

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with leadership experience and a natural flair for service and guests. You should be responsible, motivating, and able to work independently.

Who are you?

  • Your daily activities will take place in the restaurant, with most of your time spent working with your team and guests on the floor.
  • You have overall responsibility for the daily management of the restaurant, with your greatest assets being your employees and guests.

  • You are accustomed to a busy environment and task prioritization, and are ready to adapt when required.
  • You have a flair for leading a team and motivating your colleagues and staff.
  • You have a keen sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • You love being present when guests are around, and therefore thrive working evenings and weekends (with a natural flow in time off).
  • You have a natural approach to creating guest experiences.
  • You are driven by achieving results and are measured on staff satisfaction, guest experiences, and the restaurant’s financial results.
  • Most importantly, you have a desire to learn and grow in these areas.

  • An engaged leader who is passionate about service and management and loves interacting with guests.

  • You enjoy developing both leadership talent and staff, and you should find it exciting to be part of a young, dynamic team.

  • You are responsible and show ownership of the restaurant.

  • You have experience in leadership within the industry.

  • You are skilled at planning service and delegating tasks in a motivating and constructive manner.

  • You are eager to advance within the industry.

  • You are financially responsible and lead the way in ensuring profitable operation of the restaurant.

  • You are accustomed to working with KPIs and are committed to making each day better than the last.
