RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a skilled leader to join the team at Hanzō.

Hanzō is Madklubben's Asian restaurant chain, known for its lively and intimate atmosphere and colorful surroundings. We serve eclectic Asian dishes from across the continent and are especially renowned for our shared dining concept, blending street food with gourmet experiences.

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with leadership experience and a natural flair for service and guests. You should be responsible, motivating, and able to work independently.

Who are you?

  • You are curious and relationship-building with an infectious positive attitude. 

     

  • You have a natural interest in food and wine and a desire to learn more in this area. 

     

  • Your daily routine will be in the restaurant, spending most of your time with your team and guests on the floor. 

     

  • You will have overall responsibility for the daily management of the restaurant, with your greatest assets being your staff and guests. 

     

  • You consistently demonstrate strong engagement and flexibility in your work. 

     

  • You are accustomed to handling busy periods and prioritizing tasks while being adaptable when necessary. 

     

  • You excel at leading a team, motivating colleagues, and have a keen sense for organization and detail. 

     

  • You love being present when guests are around and thrive with evening and weekend work (with a natural flow in your time off). 

     

  • You naturally create memorable guest experiences. 

     

  • You are driven by achieving results and are measured on staff satisfaction, guest experiences, and the restaurant’s financial performance. 

     

  • Most importantly, you have a strong desire to learn and grow in this role.

  • An engaged leader who is passionate about service and management and loves interacting with guests. 

     

  • You are excited about developing both leadership talent and team members, and enjoy being part of a young, dynamic team. 

     

  • You take responsibility and show ownership of the restaurant. 

     

  • You have experience in leadership within the industry. 

     

  • You are skilled at planning service and delegating tasks in a motivating and constructive manner. 

     

  • You are eager to develop further within the industry. 

     

  • You are financially responsible and lead efforts to ensure the restaurant operates profitably. 

     

  • You are used to working with KPIs and enjoy making each day better than the last.
